Find the right college for you

This step is so important and should not be over-looked. Getting recruited to play a sport you love is incredible! However, being at a school that you hate is NOT. Be honest with yourself and really think about how you want to spend the next 4 years?

Communicate, Communicate, COMMUNICATE!

When people think of recruiting, they think of college coaches finding a player, reaching out to him/her and then offering a scholarship. This is the reality for the top 0.15% of high school athletes that are going to get to choose which school gives him/her a full ride. For the rest of us, we need to reach out to the coaches and let them know that we're interested. College coaches only have so much time to fill their roster so they focus on the players that want to join their program.
